Susan Bucknum, the principal of Bucknum Law, was the former Senior Deputy Attorney General at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General who built the well-known and successful ACRE (Agriculture Communities and the Rural Environment) program over a nearly ten year period. Susan is known in the agricultural industry for her experience, integrity and the favorable results she obtained on ACRE cases.

Through her work on the ACRE program, Susan established relationships with professors at Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences, Penn State Cooperative Extension educators, federal and state agency attorneys and program personnel, legislators, municipal counsel and agricultural stakeholders all of which provide her with the experience and resources to provide first class representation to clients facing legal issues at the federal, state or local level.
